Digifant Digifant ist der Handelsname einer Reihe von digitalen Motorsteuergeräten zur Kontrolle der Benzineinspritzung und des Zündzeitpunktes eines Verbrennungsmotors, die in verschiedenen Modellen von Volkswagen und Audi eingesetzt wurde, um einen möglichst günstigen Emissionsaustoß und ökonomischen Verbrauch bei optimaler Leistung zu erzielen. Digifant ist eine Eigenentwicklung von Volkswagen und aus den Vorläufern Digijet (Einspritzung) und Dignition (Zündung) entstanden. Die Produktion wurde von Volkswagen an Zulieferer vergeben. Sie beinhaltete die besten Komponenten aus dem Einspritzsortiment verschiedener Hersteller wie Bosch, Magneti Marelli etc.Das Kennfeld wird typgebunden programmiert. Opera performers (and audiences) tend to go all out with style and flamboyance; Baroque performers (and audiences) tend not to consider fashion a big deal and are very low-key with their apparel.
